Larger Items (like cold plunge tubs or saunas): Please allow up to 6–8 weeks for production, packing, and freight logistics.
📦 Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday–Friday within 1–3 business days and typically ship the day after.
🛑 No shipping on weekends or public holidays.
❌ What If My Order Doesn’t Arrive?
If your order hasn’t shown up within 30 days of shipping, contact us at support@reviveequip.shop and we’ll issue a full refund or reship—your choice.
💸 Customs & Import Taxes
We ship in USD and tax-free, but your country may apply customs duties or VAT upon arrival. These are not covered by Revive Equip. Check with your local customs office for more info.
