We ship directly from our international warehouse in Hong Kong, straight to your doorstep.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast! You’ve got a 12-hour window after ordering to request any changes or cancellations. After that, orders are locked in—but you’re always welcome to return it once it arrives.

Orders are packed and prepped Monday to Friday. Processing takes 1–3 business days, then shipping begins the next business day. No shipping on weekends or public holidays.
